These terms apply when you use this website or buy a work from the gallery. By using the website you accept them.

Prices and availability

Prices are shown in the currency on each work and include the artist's commission. Availability changes quickly: a work is only sold once we confirm it in writing and receive payment or a deposit.

Reserving a work

We can hold a work for up to 48 hours while you decide. After that the reservation lapses unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Payment

We accept bank transfer and card payments. For works over £2,000 we can agree payment in instalments; the work stays with the gallery until the last payment.

Delivery and installation

Works are crated and insured until they reach you. Delivery costs are quoted before you buy. Risk passes to you on delivery; ownership passes when payment is complete.

Returns

Every sale is final because each work is unique. If a work arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours with photographs and we will arrange a repair, a replacement or a refund.

Copyright

The artists keep the copyright in their work. Buying a work does not give the right to reproduce it. Images on this website may not be copied without written permission.

Liability

We describe every work as accurately as we can. Colours on screen may differ from the work in person; ask us for a viewing if colour matters to you.
