This policy explains what personal information the gallery collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep it short and we only collect what we need to run the gallery.

Who we are

The gallery named on this website is the controller of your personal information. You can reach us at the email address in the footer of every page.

What we collect

• Your name and email when you join the private view list or send an enquiry.
• Your phone number and address if you give them to us to arrange a viewing, a sale or a delivery.
• The work you asked about and the messages you send us.
• Basic, anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, rough location, device type).

Why we use it

We use your details to answer your enquiry, to arrange viewings, sales and deliveries, and, if you asked for them, to send private view invitations and exhibition news. We never sell your information and we never share it with other galleries.

Sales and invoices

When you buy a work we keep the invoice and delivery records for as long as the law requires, usually six years. Payments are handled by our bank or payment provider; we never store card numbers.

Private view list

You can leave the list at any time with the link at the bottom of every email, or by writing to us. We send at most two emails a month.

Cookies

The website uses only the cookies it needs to work and to count visits anonymously. We do not use advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or to delete it. Write to us and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handled your information you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
